Cancellation policy
Order Cancellation We understand that plans can change, and we are here to accommodate your needs. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so at any time before your order has been processed. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at hello@revolutionlife.ca. If your order has already been shipped, we kindly ask you to follow our Return Policy procedures upon receipt of your order.
2. Cancellation by Revolution Life Revolution Life reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability, payment issues, or other circumstances that may prohibit the fulfillment of your order. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
3. Special Orders and Custom Products Special orders or custom-made products such as personalized hot tubs are subject to specific terms that may not allow for cancellations once production has commenced. Please review the specific terms provided at the time of order confirmation. For more information or to inquire about a cancellation, please contact us directly.
4. Cancellation Fees In cases where a cancellation is possible, Revolution Life does not charge a cancellation fee. However, any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, such as non-refundable deposits for custom orders, will not be refunded.
5. Refunds Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as quickly as possible. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
